Wax and Wicks is a 1.5-2 hour scented candlemaking experience at Oops! Art Happens studio in Culver City. Taking a page from the old maverick Bob Ross, the studio's whole ethos is "no mistakes, only happy accidents".
No experience necessary and you get to leave with your own scented candle. They also offer scented soap-making classes if that’s more up your alley.
As I was researching candlemaking experiences, this one caught my eye for the central location, chill approach to art, and a cool founder story of an immigrant making her American dream happen.

Added Value: One of my goals with MeetWell is to surface client entertaining events that are shorter, more relaxing, and more experiential. I like the candlemaking option because it gives you both something to do and talk about, while also giving everyone something cute and memorable to leave with. Smell is also famously the most memory-linked sense, so maybe a whiff of patchouli down the line nudges them to think of you next time RFPs are going out.
