RevelXP is a nationwide game-day hospitality company that builds and runs full-service tailgates, so you arrive at a finished setup and walk away without touching it.
The basic package includes your tents, tables, chairs, linens, and coolers. From there you can add catering, drinks, a full-service bar, cocktail tables, lawn games, and even a temporary fence to keep the riffraff out.
They focus on football, but have also run tailgate experiences around March Madness and MLS.
USC/UCLA: They are particularly well-suited for college football. As an authorized partner at both UCLA and USC, they have designated tailgate space at the Rose Bowl and the Coliseum inside the fan zone. See here for specific information on tailgating at USC and UCLA.
Dates worth keeping an eye on:
USC vs Oregon: Sat 9/26, Coliseum. Big Ten home opener.
USC vs Washington: Sat 10/3, Coliseum.
USC vs Ohio State: Sat 10/31, Coliseum. The biggest home game of the year and should have some killer Halloween outfits.
UCLA vs Illinois: Friday 6pm, 11/13, Rose Bowl.
USC vs UCLA: Sat 11/28, Rose Bowl. The crosstown finale!
Rams/Chargers: They secure a nearby lot a few blocks away from the stadium. The upside is that it’s a relatively private setup, but the tradeoff is that it is quiet if you’re envisioning the full fan-zone pregame experience.
Beyond LA: RevelXP runs nationwide, so if you are entertaining at a game in another market, they can build the same type of setup.

Up to 10 people: $700-1,500 (includes a 10x10 tent, 6' Banquet Table with linen, cooler with ice, 5 tailgate chairs)
Up to 20 people: $1,200-2,000 (includes 2 10x10 tents, 2 6' Banquet tables with linen, 2 coolers with ice, 10 tailgate chairs)
